Notifications:

As a courtesy, Busy B Cleaning sends out text reminders to all customers 72 hours (3 days) prior to our scheduled arrival time. This allows our customers to prepare and make the necessary arrangements for their cleaning day. Please let us know if you are unable to receive text messages or need to make alternative arrangements for reminders. We will be happy to accommodate any way we can. 

Safety:

It is important as a service provider to maintain the safety of your customers as well as those providing the services. Part of which includes the health of a house cleaner. We ask that customers maintain a comfortable temperature within their home while services are being provided. Temperatures below 60 degrees or above 80 degrees can pose serious health risks to cleaning professionals. Any questions regarding appropriate temperatures may be directed to our office. Additionally, any environment in or near the service address that is deemed unsafe will require the cleaning service to be discontinued until the area is safe to return to and/or alternate arrangements are made. 

Payment: 

Payment is expected upon arrival for your service. At Busy B Cleaning, we accept various payment options to make it easy for you to pay for our services. You can pay by cash or check. We also accept several electronic payment methods (Venmo, Square, CashApp)

Cancelling Services:

A 30-Day-Notice for cancelling services is required. Because a timeslot is reserved especially for our customers. Cancelling service within 30 days of your next clean will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of your service price. We understand that sometimes you may need to reschedule a cleaning appointment at some point. Please provide us with at least 48 hours' notice, and we will be happy to accommodate your request. If you request to cancel/reschedule within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee may apply.

Satisfaction Guarantee:

We are committed to providing you with high-quality cleaning services that meet your needs and exceed your expectations. If you are not satisfied with our services, please let us know within 24 hours, and we will return to the property to make it right.
